He's an experienced professional specializing in Capital Markets and management consulting. His career kicked off at a Mumbai-based Merchant Banking firm, where he managed IPO Advisory, IPO working, Migrations, and other relevant areas.

He possesses notable exposure and extensive experience in private equity, public offerings (IPOs), business plan preparations. Additionally, he specializes in facilitating compliance related to changes in management or control of companies and various other firms, Preferential Allotment, and providing advice on valuations and other stock exchange-related matters. Furthermore, he has effectively liaised with a wide array of government and non-government authorities and agencies, making representations and obtaining approvals from various regulatory bodies.

Following this, he transitioned into full-time consulting and practice as a Company Secretary, marking a pioneering step in his career journey.

His expertise lies in ensuring compliance with SEBI Regulations, the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), corporate laws, and Secretarial due diligence. He excels in providing guidance on inbound foreign investment to both local and foreign clients, especially those navigating market entry in India. With extensive experience in Corporate Laws, Secretarial Audits, FEMA, Due Diligences, and Start-up Compliances, he offers comprehensive support in these domains.
